On September 17, 2023, the Jacksonville Jaguars faced off against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 2 of the season. Prior to the game, the Jaguars announced their list of inactive players. Among these were some notable names, including the wide receiver, DJ Chark, and the cornerback, CJ Henderson. Chark’s absence was due to an ankle injury, while Henderson was dealing with a groin issue. The inactive list also included offensive lineman Jawaan Taylor and tight end James O’Shaughnessy. Despite these key players being out, the Jaguars put up a commendable fight against the Chiefs, but ultimately lost with a score of 37-28..
