The Oscar winners for Best Animated Feature in 2023 have been announced. “Coco 2,” the highly anticipated sequel to the 2017 hit film, took home the prestigious award. The film, directed by Lee Unkrich and Adrian Molina, tells the heartwarming story of Miguel’s journey through the Land of the Dead. It received rave reviews for its stunning animation, emotional depth, and catchy music. “Coco 2” faced tough competition from other notable animated films like “The Incredibles 3” and “Toy Story 5.” This win solidifies Pixar’s dominance in the field of animation and celebrates the creativity and excellence of the filmmakers involved..
Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio wins the Oscar for Best Animated Feature. The film beats out Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, Turning Red, Marcel the Shell With Shoes On, The Sea Beast and Turning Red to clinch the top prize. The award was presented by Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt.

Years after Carlo’s death, Geppetto carves a boy figurine out of pine. The puppet is then brought to life by the Wood Sprite, a magical fairy who takes pity on the grieving man.
