The Kissing Booth 2 Trailer is a teaser for the upcoming sequel to the hit Netflix film. The trailer gives a glimpse into the continued love triangle between Elle, Noah, and Marco. Elle faces a dilemma as she navigates her long-distance relationship with Noah while developing feelings for the new charming guy at school, Marco. The trailer hints at the challenges and obstacles that Elle will have to overcome in order to find true love. Fans of the first film can expect more drama, romance, and high school shenanigans in this highly anticipated sequel..
Netflix just released the trailer for the sequel for The Kissing Booth 2, and after watching it, it seems like the sequel will hit the same beats as its predecessor. Ultimately, Elle (Joey King) still finds herself caught between the two Flynn men in her life. Elle is currently in her senior year in high school, and Noah (her boyfriend for those of you who have forgotten, played by Jacob Elordi) wants her to join him in Harvard.
However, she and Lee (Joey Courtney) have made a pact to go to Berkeley together, because that’s where their moms met and became best friends. So, once again, Elle has to choose between her best friend and his brother. There’s another guy in the mix, a guy named Marco (Taylor Zakhar Perez), who is basically Noah’s replacement in the film since he’s away at Harvard. Marco also doesn’t seem to have a personality of his own, besides being hot, which I guess is all you need in a teen movie.
Netflix also released a clip of King and Courtney recapping the first movie for us. While it isn’t exactly rocket science, the pair somehow manage to make it fun, and it is the charisma of these young actors that made The Kissing Booth so popular in the first place.
The Kissing Booth 2 will be released on Netflix July 24, 2020.
